L’Oreal Paris — "Always been worth it."

The Ask: Create a campaign that draws from the original radical meaning of "I'm Worth It," highlighting beauty as a powerful lever to elevate the role of women in modern society, and confronts a current issue they face — with local roots but global resonance.

Key Message: You're not becoming worth it. You always were.

I've Always Been Worth It" reframes the act of self-worth not as something to prove, but as something that was never lost. The campaign leans into the tension between the pressure to earn your worth and the radical idea that it was always already there — positioning L'Oréal as the brand that reminds women of who they've always been, without apology.
